Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange only policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must send us a picture of received faulty item. Item must be, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange for site credit, email us at support@jnayla.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line.  Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.

Once the request has been accepted, we will issue you an online credit code via email, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on www.jnayla.com

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable / exchangeable items

Engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned / exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns / exchange on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive and the return is accepted, we will send you an email with a code with a total value of your original order to apply at check out.
